1.如何用endenote在wps中插入英文参考文献

1。

首先打开WPS，新建或者打开一个原有的Word文档，我是新建了一个。把光标放置在需要插入文献的地方。

2。打开EndNote，选中需要插入的文献。

如果是插入多篇文献，可以使用Ctrl或者Shift键多选。3。

此步最重要，把选中的文献用鼠标左键按住，拖到WPS需要插入文献的地方。 记住是把文献拖到WPS中！此时所插入的文献就变成了EndNote的插入文献时的未格式化形式。

如下图所示。如果想删除文献，直接删除即可。

但是要注意删除完全，比如下图中的其中的一篇文献为「Zhang,2011#152」，要是想删除这篇文献，需要完全删除掉Zhang,2011#152，后面如果有逗号也要删除。 但是注意所插入文献的前后括号{}不要删除！4。

继续撰写论文，插入文献，重复第3步步骤。5。

撰写完论文后保存文档，有两种方法，一是保存为Word2003的形式，即doc文档，如「科研动力。doc」，或者保存为Word2007新形式，即docx形式，如「科研动力。

docx」。这两种保存方法最后的操作都一样，我个人保存类型就选择这2种最好。

另外一种形式是保存为rtf格式，如「科研动力。rtf」。

EndNote格式化文件因为保存文件格式的不同，EndNote格式化文件的方法也不同。1。

APA参考文献的格式与其他写作格式比较，虽然比较单纯但也相当复杂，以下介绍文献的排列顺序。

一、依作者姓氏字母顺序排列，如以文章篇名或书名当作者，而该篇名或书名是以数字开头时，以国字之字母顺序比较，如21stcentury education 是以Twenty-first century education 作为比较的基准.

二、第一位作者姓名相同时，如为同一作者，依年代先后顺序排列：

例 如：Hewlett, L. S. (1996) Hewlett, L. S. (1999)

三、一位作者永远排在多位作者之前

例 如：Razik, T. A. (1991) Razik, T. A. ,& Lin, T. -Y. (1995)

四、当有多位作者必须比较时，依序由第二或第三 第四 …作者姓氏字母

例 如：Gosling, J. R., Jerald, K., & Belfar, S.

F. (2000) Gosling, J. Y., &

Tevlin, D. F. (1996)

五、相同作者且相同年代，则依 （去除A, The等冠词之后） 篇名或书名字母

例 如：Razik, T. A., & Lin, T. -Y. (1990a).Fundamental concepts…

Razik, T. A., & Lin, T. -Y. (1990b). Humanrelations…

六、作者姓氏相同，名字不同时，依名字字母顺序排列

例 如：Liu, C. -R. (1993). Liu, M. -C.(1990).

七、作者为机关团体时，以机关团体全名字母作为比较的基础，当作者为机关团体的附属团体时，全名要以「主团体先，附属团体后」来呈现

例 如：State University of New York at Buffalo, Departmentof

Educational Organization, Administration, and Policy.(1994).

八、作者署名为Anonymous，以Anonymous来比较.

九、没有作者时，把 （去除冠词之后的） 篇名或书名视为作者来比较.

十、引用后设分析（meta-analysis）之文献时，不必以附录一一列举，但融入於参考文献中并在文献前加注 *号，且在参考文献一开始时说明加注星号者为后设分析的相关文献

例 如：*Bretschneider, J. G., & McCoy. N. L.
