在凝汽器中,循环水将汽轮机排汽冷凝下来,带走蒸汽放出的汽化潜热,并因此在凝汽器中形成高度真空,从而降低了汽轮机的排汽压力,使汽轮机的理想焓降增大,功率增加。The recycled cooling water system is a system applying recycled water as a cooling medium. Large consumption of water resources is required during the electric power generating process; considering China is a country gravely short of water resources, it is necessary to suit the local condition by using recycled cooling water system. As such, this paper conducts a pipeline design of a recycled cooling water system for a 600MW power plant unit. This design is a double-pump dual-process closed cycle water cooling system which involves three major issues: trunk pipeline diameter design, condenser cooling pipe diameter design and the selection of the recycled water pump power capacity. 首先是对系统主管路管径的设计,先假设一个管径,通过计算主干线管路内的流动损失,找到一个可以把流动损失控制在设计范围内的相对应的管径。其次是对凝汽器内散热管直径的设计计算,根据《火力发电厂凝汽器管选材导则》选择合理的冷却水流速以及冷却管材料,假设管径及壁厚,计算凝汽器冷却管尺寸,并用凝汽器水阻HEI计算方法计算水侧损失,找出损失在设计范围内的对应的管径。

1.蒸汽冷却器就是说加热器,加热器的作用是加热凝结水和给水.加热器的数量选择得看抽汽有多少段.抽 汽段数的选择得经过计算.并不是多了就经济.
2.加热器本身的经济运行也对整个机组的经济运行有一定影响.抽汽压力的能否达到加热器的设计要求?加热器管材特性\水位\结垢等情况都会影响加热器运行的经济性.
3.加热器疏水方式的选择也很重要.比如采用疏水泵可以提高一定的经济性,但设备维护量大了,设备投资也要花钱.比如采用逐级自流方式如果是自动调整还好一点,也有一定维护量,如果是手动调整会经常出现排挤现象,也不经济.但系统是简单了.如果采用多级水封的方言式,维护量小,运行稳定.但占地面积会较大,也不利于现场系统的布置.多数情况要布置在负米.那不是还得挖坑么.哈哈.
