HIS has become the symbol of hospital modernization management. It was made to simplify the process that collect patients information, their case history and medicine information so that them become easy to be supervised, besides it also benefits the managements, which help them with their work. During the development procedue of this system, C# was taken into use to develop the front after long time analysis and research, as for Sql server2005, it is treated as database management tool. In this thesis, the development process of registration database management system of the comprehensive hospital's HIS has been discussed.
The HIS metioned in the thesis, which made registration's information match and control patients, medical personnel and medicine information become real. After many tests, this hospital registration information management system works for Windows that installed SQL server2005. It is a usful, reasonable and easy to start system, which also have the basic function that be expected.
