After making specific analyse of legislative procedure about kidnapping and selling crime of criminal law, we discover that there lie weakness and flaws in the regulations and legislative level concerning the crime of kidnapping and selling people and the situation needs to be improved. I think the explanations on the crimals who conduct abducting and trafficking women or children are so limited and not as comprehensive as crime of abducting and selling people.
